What is Sileotherapy?

Sileotherapy is a groundbreaking online personal development program that is designed to help you make the most of your life and fulfil your potential. More than a meditation course, this self help website is designed to teach a series of stillness based practices and that help you gain awareness of the spiritual wisdom that lies deep inside you.

What is the structure of the course?

The mini course provides a brief window into the contents of the main course.

The main course is a form of Internet therapy that is taught via a series of 5 multimedia PowerPoint presentations. Each lesson reveals new layers of information about your self that forms the foundation for an exercise that is practiced at the end of the lesson. A homework file is provided with each course so that you may continue practicing the exercise regularly - which you are encouraged to do - before the next lesson.

What does the homework involve?

On a practical level it involves the practice of a series of exercises for no more than a few minutes each day to gradually build up your “awareness muscle” so you become increasingly in tune with your inner self and your reactions to the outer world.

Can it be dangerous?

The exercises taught in the Sileotherapy spiritual course are of a meditative and contemplative nature and are in no way harmful. They are designed to be relaxing and empowering and that is how they are experienced by all who practice them.

Who is it for?

Sileotherapy spiritual self help is suitable for anyone who desires self improvement and is willing to invest some time into his/her own personal development.

The Sileotherapy self help program is taught in an experiential way, via a multimedia online format. You can sign up for free right now. We only ask you to recommend it to your friends in the meantime.
